• Delivery Address Responsibility: Please double-check your delivery address before finalising your order. We do not take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
• PO Boxes: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
• Timely Collection: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the package is collected promptly upon delivery. We do not accept liability for shipments left unattended or not picked up in time.
• Please note: Once our oysters leave the farm, we rely on Freight or Australia Post to deliver your order. Narooma Bridge Oysters will not be held liable for lost, mishandled or boxes left at an unshaded area of your residence or in need of picking up at a post office.
• Delivery Limitations: We currently only ship within NSW, ACT, and selected areas of Victoria. If you’re outside these zones, please contact us to discuss possible shipping options.
