Freshness & Safe Shipping of Oysters

All our oysters are shipped unopened, ensuring they remain fresh and live throughout their journey. As tidal creatures, Sydney Rock Oysters are naturally adapted to survive out of water for extended periods. When stored correctly in a cool, damp environment (covered with a damp cloth), they can remain alive and fresh for up to and beyond 10 days.

We carefully package our oysters to maintain optimal freshness during transit. While we strive to deliver the best quality, please ensure that someone is available to receive and store your order upon arrival.

1. Local Delivery (Narooma and Bermagui)

  • Free Delivery (Minimum spend $50) – Delivery address with postcode 2546 Only

2. NSW & ACT

  • $30 Flat Rate Shipping – NSW and ACT Addresses only

3. Victoria Overnight Freight

  • $55 Flat rate Freight. (Up to 20 dozen)
  • Selected Victorian Areas – Next Day Delivery:
  • Melbourne CBD, Shepparton, Benalla, Wangaratta:
  • Postcodes only (3000, 3001, 3004, 3630​, 3672​, 3677​)
  • Other areas available, please contact us for pricing.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery Address Responsibility: Please double-check your delivery address before finalising your order. We do not take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • PO Boxes: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Timely Collection: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the package is collected promptly upon delivery. We do not accept liability for shipments left unattended or not picked up in time.
  • Please note: Once our oysters leave the farm, we rely on Freight or Australia Post to deliver your order. Narooma Bridge Oysters will not be held liable for lost, mishandled or boxes left at an unshaded area of your residence or in need of picking up at a post office.
  • Delivery Limitations: We currently only ship within NSW, ACT, and selected areas of Victoria. If you’re outside these zones, please contact us to discuss possible shipping options.
